Gracie G. Raffe is a fantastic embroidery project for all skill levels.  Each pattern piece is stitched out in the hoop, (even the mane) with the embroidery on it.  All you need to do is embroider all the pieces, stitch them together, and stuff to complete.  Comes with instructions, additional pattern pieces for non embroidered parts, and joining layout.
